Stanziato’s Wood Fired Pizza in Danbury
Last weekend I attended a craft beer festival in Danbury, CT so I had the opportunity to check out Stanziato’s wood fired pizza. I arrived on a Sat at 5 pm and it was relatively quiet inside. If crust is your thing, you would be hard-pressed to find another as good as Modern Apizza’s. I may be exaggerating a bit but remember eating english muffins as a kid? Regina Pizzeria in Boston
At the risk of making Yankee fans upset I give my nod to Regina Pizzeria in the North End of Boston the title of the best pizza I’ve eaten to date! Yes I said Boston. Before Regina that title was a three way split between Pepe’s, Modern Apizza and Sally’s, all out of New Haven. Those three places still represent but just fall short of the best pizza for me. Pizzeria Beddia in Philadelphia
